Last week, my walking stick and I headed to the Tahquamenon Falls - by car, of course. We followed M-123 north, along the Lake Superior shoreline, keeping our eyes peeled for any loitering moose along the water's edge of the Tahquamenon River. Still haven't seen any...but we're told they're there.

Once we arrived at the Falls, we had a wonderful lunch in the Brewery. I forgot to take pictures of the inside, so focused on my tuna steak sandwich was I. But if you ever get the chance, pop into the brewery and at least take a look at all the animal rugs on the walls: a badger, wolves of every color, and bear. And there's a real neat gift shop.

Then we went for a walk...
